How annoying. You take time out of your life to make time for another, for man or women, and they dont respect you enough, or value you enough as a human being to show.  My life is as important  as yours, even though you dont seem to think so.  Simply being at a "better" school than one, does NOT mean you will be more successful, or feel so entitled. Sad when friends show their true colours, if they even were friends to begin with, will remain a mystery now.
